In regard to NYSEG's proposed rate increases, month after month, I observe that their charges for delivering electricity are now more than twice as much as the actual charge for electricity itself. I find it odd that this extreme situation persists and that their pass-through services cost me twice as much as the ESCO (energy services company)-supplied power. If their rate increase goes through, the charges will approach three times as much as electricity charges. At what point does this become absurd? Chris Zell
